The Zero Data Retention Principle
Every figure you enter into CashPoolModel is processed exclusively in-memory, within the active browser session on your own device. Nothing is written to a database, logged to a server, or transmitted over the network for storage.
The moment you close the tab, your data is gone — not archived, not anonymised, not retained in any form. We have no technical capability to recover it, because we never held it in the first place.
-
In-memory processing only All simulation logic executes client-side. Your inputs never leave your browser session.
-
No server-side persistence We operate no database that stores financial figures, entity names, or balance data of any kind.
-
Session-scoped lifetime Close the tab and the data is irrecoverably gone — by design, not just policy.
Why Your IT Department Will Love Us
Security reviews and procurement approvals are a real bottleneck for treasury teams adopting new tools. CashPoolModel is designed to pass even the most stringent internal IT scrutiny — because there is almost nothing to scrutinise.
-
No bank API connections CashPoolModel never requests, accesses, or stores credentials to any banking system or treasury management platform.
-
No software installation required The tool runs entirely in your browser. There is nothing to deploy, nothing to patch, and no endpoint to manage.
-
Aggregated figures only You enter high-level group liquidity and rate assumptions — not individual account numbers, IBAN data, or transaction history.
-
No third-party data sharing Session data is not processed by external analytics engines, machine learning pipelines, or data brokers.
Swiss Governance
CashPoolModel is developed and operated by Intercompany.io, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. All product decisions, data architecture choices, and privacy governance are subject to Swiss federal law and aligned with European standards.
Switzerland's Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG) sets some of the highest personal data standards in the world. We hold ourselves to these standards even where our zero-retention architecture means they are technically not required.
Data residency: No personal data leaves your device. No cross-border data transfers occur. No data is processed on our servers, because no data reaches our servers.
